Since 2016, the Museum für Werte has been getting people talking—about what matters: our values. Through exhibitions, workshops, and participatory formats, we create experiential spaces that make encounters and change possible—in schools, on the streets, in museums, and in companies.
We’ve already reached over 70,000 people. And we’re far from finished.

The Museum of Values creates fascinating spaces where you can rediscover yourself. Each exhibit tells a profound story about the values the person associates with it. Through interactive engagement, you become much more aware of your own values.
As a teacher, it is important to me to promote not only subject knowledge but also social learning. The Museum of Values’ programs enrich everyday school life by enabling deep conversations about values and broadening everyone’s perspectives. In this way, students develop greater awareness and mindfulness in how they relate to themselves and to others.
The Values Museum team not only succeeds in demonstrating why values are important, but also in bringing them to life. This plays a crucial role, especially for young adults, in understanding values and their influence on decisions and emotions—and thus activating their own self-efficacy.

Such a personal, open, expansive, and yet profound exchange hasn't been seen in a long time. I was delighted to see how bridges were built between women from seven years old to those over eighty. In between, there were young people, men, and women of all ages. Wonderful!!!
Common Ground was a surprisingly refreshing escape from everyday life. Especially as a young adult in 2024, you often get the feeling that the world is gray. People avoid each other. On the internet, the world seems to be choking on wars. This afternoon here confirmed that complete strangers of all generations can come together and learn from all perspectives. Thank you.

In our meeting spaces, young people explore social values together with mentors. They gain insights into everyday life they wouldn't otherwise experience – enabling genuine, equal exchange and new perspectives.
Our mentoring formats bring young people together with role models from different walks of life. Real-life encounters open new horizons – for greater trust, orientation, and social participation.
Whether for twelve or 100 guests, our curated values dinners create special spaces for exchange. They combine culinary delights, values, and dialogue, opening up new perspectives on what unites us.
We facilitate values-based workshops for school classes, young people, and teams within organizations. The content is developed together with the participants – practical, accessible, and in-depth.
Our exhibitions are co-creative and interactive. Together with people and artists, we create experiential spaces where values become tangible – through stories, objects, and personal perspectives.
We can't be there in person everywhere. That's why we develop card games, magazines, and podcasts that help you better understand yourself and others – at your own pace, whenever and wherever you want.
