The picture I want to write about is a snapshot of my grandmother, aunt, and cousin laughing and enjoying their time together. I think this picture truly embodies what family is and why I value it so much. Being with my family gives me a true sense of happiness and joy; I feel included and complete. I tell my family everything; they know my whole life, so I don't hold anything back from them. When I'm with them, I feel like I can truly be myself; they know how to put me in the best mood. I've had bad friendships that changed my values and shifted them toward my family as the closest people in my life. They want to hear about everything that's happening in my life, whether it's good or bad. I know that no matter what happens, whether we laugh or cry together, they will always be there for me; family is constant.
