Harmonische Koexistenz

We're fortunate to live in a large house with four generations of my family. Eight people from four different generations, with a maximum age difference of almost 80 years, means different interests, personalities, and preferences. Sound exciting? It is! As well as nerve-wracking and beautiful. The coronavirus crisis has shown us how important it is for harmonious coexistence to be able to put ourselves in someone else's shoes and to always be tolerant. During the day, everyone is busy with their hobbies (gardening, Lego, Sudoku), household chores (laundry, tidying, cooking), or home office work, but the evenings are spent together and are always different! For example, my grandmother occasionally shows us beautiful slides on the old slide projector, and we hear her old stories and see her eyes light up with happiness.
