Freedom is not a state. It is a process.
A nationwide program that strengthens young perspectives, makes stories of freedom visible, and creates new democratic spaces.
What does freedom mean – in everyday life, at work, in society?
In our nationwide mentoring program "Values Lead, Future Follows," young people spend a day with inspiring mentors from politics, culture, activism, or business. Together, they explore what freedom means today—personally, professionally, and socially.

It was a very special day! Differences in age, life history, and personal background don't represent distances, but rather the breeding ground for potential personal development.
The day with Leon was incredibly exciting, and during the conversations, I realized how beneficial and important it is to talk about certain topics, especially with people I don't know. Leon's perspectives were also very interesting and, at times, inspiring.
I gained more clarity about my own concept of freedom and met a committed young person.
