The everyday can be very meaningful if you look closely. That's why Dr. Klaus Kerschensteiner tries not to live or work superficially, but consciously and with respect for what he encounters.

Foresight is a value that guides me in life.

For me, foresight means aligning one's actions with a goal that transcends the present. It's not about looking into the future, but about having a sense of direction. Foresight is the ability to avoid constantly renegotiating priorities. It's less a gift than a practice, a constant return to the core, so as not to get lost in the random.

Serenity is a value that constantly challenges me.

Serenity challenges me because it is the opposite of my impulse. I want to understand and shape things. But serenity requires letting things be. It doesn't mean indifference, but rather trusting that processes need their own time and that meaning cannot be forced.

Integrity is a value that our society should live by more.

Integrity is one of the values we lack most, in my opinion. We constantly talk about authenticity and conviction, yet often remain superficial. I'm amazed by AI-generated posts that perfectly showcase concepts like "humility" or "gratitude," but in doing so, lose all credibility. We allow words to be put in our mouths and lose ourselves in the process. For me, integrity is a challenge. It demands consistency, even when it's uncomfortable.
