Laura Ludwig shares her thoughts with us – co-founder of the Museum for Values, a bridge-builder between business and the common good. Laura creates spaces for genuine encounters and poses the question: How do we shape the future together? Why values are the foundation for her actions – and why connection is a true force.
A value that guides me:
"Curiosity. In both my personal life and my work, it is the driving force that propels me forward. I love discovering new perspectives, getting to know people, and understanding what motivates them. Curiosity creates openness – to change, to genuine encounters, and to ideas that go beyond the obvious."
A value that challenges me:
"Balance. Between commitment and breaks, between responsibility and trust, between the desire to shape things and the ability to let go. In my work, I give a lot, but I realize that I need to learn to consciously take space for myself as well. Balance is not static – it arises from constant balancing."
A value that challenges me:
"Courage. We need the courage to question the status quo, to think in new ways, and to endure uncertainty. In my work, I repeatedly experience that change arises where people dare to go beyond conventions. But courage doesn't just mean taking big leaps – it also means making small decisions every day that shape the future."
