Together with the MfW team, you'll reflect on your motivation, formulate clear goals, and define which core value you want to highlight with your Common Ground. You'll learn how to develop your vision into a feasible concept – with concrete steps, a timeline, and measurable impact criteria. This isn't just about planning, but about orientation: What do you want to achieve with your space, who do you want to reach, and how can your impact be measured and shared later?
