Coffee Dates
If you need support or want to discuss topics in more depth, you can book a Coffee Date with us at any time. In these 30-minute sessions, we'll support you with questions, ideas, or challenges – acting as a sparring partner on your journey.
Your next step
At the end of this phase, we will meet again in Module 5 to reflect on your experiences together, share successes, and turn our attention inward. In this final module, you will evaluate impact, learning processes, and personal development, share insights with other Fellows, and receive your certificate as a Common Ground Fellow .
Together we will complete the training – with space for feedback, outlook and future prospects.
