A word consists of letters. Depending on how you string a word together, a different word emerges. And each one is meaningful. In its own way. Several words make a sentence, and many sentences make a story. A book. That's what I live for. It fills my soul and makes my heart beat. Joy, suffering, fear, sadness. I feel it too, just like the individual characters in my books. If something good happens in the book, I'm happy and in a good mood. If something bad or sad happens, I, too, go through life feeling gloomy.
Books keep me alive, give me the motivation to keep going every day. Not to give up. They give me my zest for life, and that will continue until death separates us.
