I'm packing my suitcase

Ich packe meinen Koffer

As the saying goes, "I usually pack my suitcase" for vacation. But in times of the coronavirus, all employees packed a "coronavirus suitcase" four weeks ago. We are prepared for the possibility of being quarantined and want to be well prepared for that as well.
This suitcase has been in my office for four weeks now and reminds me every day to be mindful.
Mindful of a virus that floats invisibly through the air and that can affect any of us, even with the greatest care.
Our residents are doing well, and we try to spread a little joy every day.
Be it at Easter with a bunny parade or homemade eggnog for the festive feast.
Then there's the tremendous support of many who are now thinking about it and contributing their skills. For example, we were able to recruit a sporty gentleman who, in his free time, takes our residents for walks in a rickshaw.
Thanks to your generous donations of pillows and blankets, our residents can already enjoy the sun to their heart's content. This weekend, our beach chair will be arriving on the roof terrace, giving us another opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. Let's see who's first to put down their towel.
There will be a time after Corona, and then we will celebrate here together with our residents, you, our employees, and all the people who have supported us during this time.
We are all looking forward to unpacking the “Corona suitcase.”
Best regards and stay healthy.
