This picture represents the joy of my life, my dog, Sable Mayhem. Well, she's still a puppy, sort of. She's almost 5 years old, but I think she'll always be my puppy. Sable brings me tremendous joy, especially during this difficult time. She helped me manage my depression and anxiety during the pandemic. Not only is she the joy of my life, but she's also one of my best friends. She came to our home four and a half years ago when I was in Year 9 and has been a constant comfort on the complex journey through secondary school. When I left for college, leaving her behind was one of the hardest things, so I visit her as often as possible. She's one of the first people I want to see when I walk through the door of my parents' house. She is and always has been my joy, my rock, and my best friend.
