Thought of Values

Freedom, creativity & change

Which values are reflected in your work and why?

The never-ending quest to reinvent one's life and one's art. I always try to be "pro-creative" by exploring new situations—through meeting people, attending various events—to draw inspiration on my ever-changing journey. When I began working with my left hand, I gained a freedom I never had with my right hand.

I can now paint more freely and without restrictions—that was a new awakening. Because when I painted with my dominant right hand, almost everything was thought through. Now I can just paint anything that comes to mind. That has opened up a new path for me.
