There's this smell that's usually connected to this feeling! Neither the smell nor the feeling can be put into words. But they mean a lot to me. Time and again, they bring me back to a situation in my life that represented pure self-realization for me. I had this feeling when I was 19. Without a doubt, I did what I felt. Now, 25 years later, I often remember it and try not to do things the way I'm asked to or expected. My own, very personal development only happens when I trust myself. And when the smell of my memory hits my nose, I trust it and myself on my path.
