Laura Ludwig shares her thoughts with us—co-founder of the Museum of Values and a bridge-builder between business and the common good. Laura creates spaces for genuine encounters and poses the question: How do we shape the future together? Why values are the foundation of her actions—and why connectedness is a true force.
A value that guides me:
"Curiosity. In both my personal life and my work, it's the driving force that keeps me going. I love discovering new perspectives, getting to know people, and understanding what motivates them. Curiosity creates openness—to change, to genuine encounters, and to ideas that go beyond the obvious."
A value that challenges me:
"Balance. Between commitment and breaks, between responsibility and trust, between the desire to shape things and the ability to let go. I give a lot in my work, but I realize that I have to learn to consciously make space for myself. Balance isn't static—it arises from constant balancing."
A value that challenges me:
"Courage. We need the courage to question the status quo, to think of new ideas, and to endure uncertainty. In my work, I repeatedly experience that change arises where people dare to go beyond conventions. But courage doesn't just mean taking big leaps—it also means making small, everyday decisions that shape the future."
