Playfulness. Devotion. Optimism.
What values are reflected in your work and why, Linn?
"Playfulness. Devotion. Optimism. To get out of difficult times, you have to be creative and playful. In order to later talk about it in a communicative way, I choose to hold on to playfulness. This work is part of the series "Notes from 2016," which consists of 50 pages of printed text that record and summarize the year of healing from cancer. It includes texts I wrote in my journals, news headlines, quotes, and lines from the soundtrack of that time. I felt I had to keep it light and short (and thus implied) in order to be heard and to maintain my optimism. Every meaningful journey begins with devotion."
